Adecco Recruitment are recruiting for a experienced HR/Finance Administrator to join a fantastic global engineering company based in the Croydon Borough.

The main purpose of this position will to be assist the HR and Payroll teams ensuring payroll details are entered correctly on the system to ensure a smooth running process.

As well as assisting with payroll you will also be required to assist with group benefits including pension, health care etc.

Due to to the nature of the role the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be pro-active and have a questioning nature as you will need to be able to spot anomalies.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm

Location: Croydon

Salary: Circa £25,000PA
