We currently have offices in London, Paris, and Stockholm, and have ambitious expansion and growth plans.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Operations team reporting directly to the City Manager in our new London Hub. As Hub Manager, your working days will be Tuesday- Saturday, totalling approximately 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of supervisors and cargo bike riders operating from our SE hub

  • Implement the operational and maintenance processes of our hub location, including the planning and on-going operations of local storage, sortation, and warehouse management systems solutions

  • Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

  • Work closely with the operations team to identify areas of growth within the team and the daily operations

  • Set, communicate, and manage the team's KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of work experience (preferable 2+ years' experience in some form of warehousing, logistics-related or material management operations)

  • Interest towards a sustainability-driven business with a passion towards the force for good

  • Tech-ready and a fast learner, ready to adapt and develop to new and existing systems

  • Confidence in finding solutions and taking decisions in real-time

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Proactivity in managing the workload

  • Flexibility in your mindset to handle the unexpected

  • Commitment towards your work, team and partners

  • Able to spend a whole shift moving through the hub facility

  • Ability to visualise and interpret data in Excel or similar to make data-driven decisions

  • Experience managing high-performing team a plus
