My Client based in the Heart of the Lake District is looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join a welcoming and friendly team.



Salary: £23,000 per annum


People are at the very centre of there business and are looking to strengthen there People team to ensure that this continues.



It is a varied and challenging role that will cover all aspects of People/HR administration such as:



  • Updating and maintaining databases

  • Assisting with recruitment administration

  • Collecting and collating data relating to attendance absence and sickness for reporting purposes

  • Supporting the completion of bi-weekly and monthly payroll

  • Administrative duties relating to the employee life cycle

  • Providing administrative support for all aspects of HR




I am looking for somebody with brilliant communication skills, Excellent administrative skills with the ability to be accurate and organised, if you have the ability to build great relationships and the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload this is greatly needed. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and social media is needed. Experience of working in a busy office environment would also be useful.
