My public sector client based in Newcastle is looking for a ICT service delivery analyst. The successful candidate will support the ICT service delivery manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all incidents are logged, escalated and dealt with effectively.

Key Skills and experience:

  • Skills in analysis

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical faults including hardware and software

  • High level of interpersonal skills, including active listening and understanding

  • Proficient in the use of MS office, word, excel, visio and project

  • Experience with supervising/ team leader

  • Experience of working within an ICT service desk environment

  • Experience of fault investigation, escalation, diagnostics and resolution

  • Experience of working in a large organisation with a wide range of staffing levels and being able to liaise with level from administrative staff to Chief executive level

  • Experience in an incident management (ITIL) environment

  • Experience in change management (ITIL) environment

  • Experience in service level management (ITIL) environment

  • Experience of working and liaising with third party suppliers

  • Experience in the testing of newly developed software and reporting problems and issues as a conclusion to the testing
