You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and database for this fast paced, highly successful specialist staffing company based in East London.

You will be in charge of finding new ways to approach the next recruitment drive. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising and sourcing candidates to managing the applications and interviewing. This will include ensuring all compliance checks are carried out and recorded, managing the in-house software system, maintaining the staff database, and managing the advertising budget.

If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience of high volume recruitment, ideally for the hospitality, security or construction sector

  • The ability to plan workloads and multitask

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

  • Ability to contribute ideas to the recruitment process (i.e., suggesting new channels for sourcing candidates)

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
