Customer Service Advisers required to take incoming calls and provide a first class service. £8.91 per hour.


Following a 3 week training period in Hull City Centre Offices, this role will transfer to a mixture of home/office work, so interested candidates must have access to the internet and a work space free from distraction.


Working a 35 hour week, we're looking for applications from people who can provide a flexible approach and are available to cover late shifts and weekends as well as normal day shift hours.


Main Duties


Taking calls and providing accurate and up to date information to customers.


Dealing with queries and problem solving.


Accurate data entry and call completion notes.


Providing a follow up service and updates to customers where appropriate.


Interested applicants must have excellent communication skills, show empathy, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with the general public.
