We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to join our growing team!

Atos customers deserve and expect a rich and consistent customer experience across all communication channels. As an Atos team member, you'll be delivering a consistently high level of service to our customers.

A successful candidate will be someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude. They'll need to be open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges.

The role works within a fast paced and stimulating environment that has the customer at the very heart of everything we do.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4pm on a Saturday. (You will work an average of 2 Saturdays in 10)

This is a full time role on a long term temporary contract.

Initially the pay rate will be £8.45 per hour increasing to £9.00 per hour after 12 weeks. You will be paid on a weekly basis.

We do offer 2 weeks full training but welcome candidates from a customer service or office environment.
