We are looking for inbound customer service advisers to work in our call centre based close to the docks in Preston.

You will be working on behalf of a government organisation dealing with inbound calls from customers relating to queries regarding childcare benefits.

The role is full time and and you will work an average of 37 hours per week. You must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday an 8am - 4pm on a Saturday.

The pay rate is initially £8.45 per hour for the first 12 weeks and then will increase to £9.00 per hour.

We have 2 start dates available in February : 4th Feb and the 25th Feb
