An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on the National Apprenticeships Service helpline. This high profile campaign continues to expand and requires dedicated and conscientious staff members to meet ongoing targets.

Successful candidates will support the inbound phone line service and respond to email enquiries from customers. To ensure that all service users receive the excellent provision that they are accustomed to from the National Apprenticeship Service, a strong passion for going the extra mile and driving excellence is needed.

In order to provide personalised advice, responsibilities will include tailoring information to customers and their situations and raising awareness of support options available to businesses, training providers and apprentices.

Successful candidates will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week over a range of shifts between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday, therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is essential.

Start date is 10th May

£8.91 per hour

A DBS is required and you will need to supply before starting role as this is a client requirement
