1 Purpose

� Support the direct first model of recruitment by proactively engaging with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, understand and meet current and future resourcing requirements.

� Build efficient candidate pipelines to support future business needs and growth.

� Develop innovative internal & external sourcing strategies.

� Advise and coach internal stakeholders around recruitment best practices and maintain excellent levels of customer service, with both internal and external stakeholders and partners and ensure that the recruitment processes and practices optimise 'time to hire', are cost effective, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, reflect our unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and enable us to attract and hire diverse talent.

2 Job Role Accountabilities

� Build and maintain highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the resourcing needs and challenges of the organisation are met and understood.

� Ensure detailed briefs are taken for all roles and future requirements to ensure a proactive sourcing plan is executed.

� Work with stakeholders to define future plans and align sourcing activity to business requirements with a focus on attracting diverse talent in line with the groups D&I strategy.

� Develop and deliver consistent brand and attraction strategies, ensuring best in class recruitment brand collateral, a compelling online presence, engagement of relevant third parties as well as engagement of relevant sector bodies to promote opportunities.

� Work to effectively support the EVP and brand through the development of social presence in attraction.

Proactively work with Talent & Development/HR and the business to support the progression of our internal talent pool, supporting with quality career conversations through to successful placement into internal opportunities.
