We are a fast-growing tech start-up, and we'd love for you to join our quest in creating the best and most sustainable delivery experience. We are on a mission to make cities greener and healthier, powered by our sophisticated technology platform and our crowd-sourced community of Delivery Assistants.


We have offices in London, Paris, and Stockholm, and with ambitious expansion and growth plans. We are looking for a new confident member to join the Operations team to support our nationwide growth. Reporting to the Head of Operations


What you'll do:



  • Responsible for coordinating time-lines within the operations team for the UK expansion road map

  • Creating flow and responsibility documents for efficient workings within the team

  • Ensuring projects are completed and on schedule as per commercial agreements

  • Liaising and communicating with third parties in relation to internal developments such as fleet and hub roll out

  • Ensuring implementation of policies and practices

  • Understand our product and technical documentation and road maps, with the ability to create operational solutions for the commercial team

  • Being able to play a crucial role in the operational service on boarding of new and existing clients


What you will need:

  • Confidence in finding solutions and taking decisions in real-time

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Experience in some form of parcel delivery, logistics-related or material management operations is preferred but not necessary
