Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for an Installation Administrator and Technician on a 6 month fixed term contract. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and offering a salary of £20,000 - £22,000

The candidate will ideally come from a Customer Service/Telephone support role with some good technology experience

Full training on products will be provided

Duties include:

  • Installing and configuring products and associated services

  • Performing the administration activities around new customer installations and existing customer requests

  • Producing reports and metrics relating to onboarding and requests

  • Updating of the portal, planner, ticketing system and other associated systems

  • Managing the requests inbox

  • Booking work for new and existing customers and managing the appointment slots on the calendar

  • Managing requests and responses to requests to the agreed SLAs

  • Carrying out configuration and technical preparation for appointments

  • Performing remote installations of products for new customers including post-install activities

  • Performing remote updates, changes and additions to existing customer installations and configurations

  • Managing the distribution of printers to customers

  • Managing the stock levels of printers and labels
