Based in Exeter City Centre


£20,000 p.a + Excellent commission scheme - realistic OTE of £40,000.


Full Time, Monday - Friday, starting ASAP


We are currently looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our fantastic client based in Exeter who's customer focused approach and excellent reputation are leading the way in their field. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service & want to work in a warm sales role then don't miss this opportunity to join this growing business!


Driven by a consultative approach you will provide a professional, quality service to clients, ensuring suitable advice for their requirements and the efficient, smooth process of applications from receipt of fact find through to completion. Duties will include but are not limited to:



  • Following up on warm leads - No cold calling!

  • Working towards individual & team targets

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • General office admin - including responding to emails, updating customers on their progress etc

  • Taking inbound enquiries to convert to sales using a friendly communication style

Ideal Skills & Experience



  • Excellent Customer service experience

  • Strong Administration skills

  • Previous sales/account management/ financial services experience ideal but not essential

  • Good IT skills

  • Able to work to and meet deadlines

  • Strong desire to learn & grow
