Our client is looking for a Customer Service professional to deal with a range of enquiries. These can range from dealing with renewals, updating personal details, advice on policies via inbound and outbound calls.

Hybrid working is available, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with customers.
