Job Title: Intelligence Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent analytical skills, who is a go getter and wants to make a difference by supporting Richmond and Wandsworth help those extremely vulnerable to the coronavirus pandemic. The council is looking for 1 (3 months with possibility of extension) analyst to support Covid Response.

The idea candidate will
* Flexible and adaptable, and able to juggle various analytical tasks in fast paced environment.
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work with various partners to scope the analytical requests, and be explain complicated analytical tasks and processes to non-technical colleagues.
* Be able to direct, plan and prioritize their workload, seek clarification and guidance when needed and work well within a team.
* Have excellent analytical skills. Be able to plan and execute analytical tasks accurately and keep detailed notes on their work
* Is good with data management. Has an eye for detail and ensures data are presented in the best possible format (figures, tables etc) and are accurate.
* Have advance technical skills
o Advance MS Excel skills
o SQL skills to accurately query large and complex databases
o Phyton skills to link data using unique identifiers and probabilistic matching (fuzzy matching), transform data to produce outputs in the formats needed by social workers or front link staff and produce summary reports as needed
