Looking for experienced HR Manager (Generalist) who are available immediately to commit to a contract to December 2021


My client is a long established Manufacturing company based in close proximity to Bromley-By-Bow.


They currently have an opening to recruit a HR Manager on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.


The HR Manager has full responsibility for the Human Resources activity for the organisation, with duties centring on driving people management strategy and managing procedures and processes.


They will be supported by a HR Coordinator.



PERSON SPECIFICATION


Qualified or Part Qualified CIPD member


Ability to identify key priorities within a heavy HR workload and execute on them


Preferably (but not essentially) will have worked in a manufacturing environment


Must be a tenacious operator, able to quickly build credibility and be an engaging communicator who can engender trusted relationships with senior leaders.


Thorough understanding and significant experience of employment law within the UK


Commercially aware with proven ability to identify and drive HR strategy within a highly competitive industry


Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced, process driven environment with the flexibility to adapt to meet the needs of the organisation


Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results for multiple clients simultaneously


Executive presence and judgement to really drive the People Agenda. But always with a sense of humour and 'can do' approach


Proven influencer: demonstrated ability to coach and counsel both employees and executive-level management


Takes ownership; able to establish self as the 'go-to' HR resource for the business


Strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills


Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment


Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
