Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for an Internal Account Manager. This is a fantastice opportunity to join a large forward thinking business in an industry that is seeing huge growth.


You will receive a basic salary of £23000-£25000, plus commission, depending on skills and experience and would have your own set of accounts over time to work on and earn your annual commision with giving you a healthy OTE of 34k to start with.


Your full time working week lasts 37.5 hours and you will be entitled to 25 days holiday a year, however we are open to flexible working arrangements.


You will also have the option of a healthcare cash plan and group life assurance as well as auto-enrolment in our pension scheme.


SO, WHAT DOES AN INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER DO?



  • Achieves set profitability & revenue targets

  • Generates new spending accounts.

  • Attends sales meetings and prepares requested information

  • Create and maintain relationships so you need to enjoy dealing with people and be confident that you can make a good impression.

  • Completes weekly sales reports and follows up leads generated through marketing activity


ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?


The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for the retention & growth of an agreed set of customers and establish long term, effective relationships with them, mainly via telephone/ virtual sales. You will be a motivated self-starter who is eager to create and maintain meaningful sales relationships and liaise with other sales teams as appropriate to provide the best customer experience for the customer.



  • You will need drive and enthusiasm for growing customer spend & engagement primarily via telephone calls & virtual meetings.

  • The ability to create and maintain accurate customer records.

  • Previous experience of selling IT, Engineering or Electrical products would be an advantage but not essential.
