Location: Victoria, SW1


Full-time


Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience


Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 40 hours


Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays



We're looking for a motivated Communications Manager who is passionate about bringing people together. We need someone who is able to chat with everyone, from field agents to international colleagues & Managing Director.


As the Internal Communication Manager, you will source information from departments and colleagues across the business and deliver it to the company through relevant communication channels. This influential role will take charge of all Internal Communication projects, working closely with the HR Director to promote company projects, providing communications expertise and insight.


You'll have the opportunity to plan innovative communications strategies to support a fast-growing and exciting company, implementing activities to generate great results. You will manage communications for a range of projects including our annual engagement survey, HR initiatives, employer branding, ESG activities, training & development, PR opportunities, and be responsible for organising and promoting company events. Along with managing content for the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and employer profiles (Glassdoor, Indeed), you will also manage the internal social network, engaging colleagues and delivering great results.


This position is perfect for someone with a marketing, digital marketing or copywriting background, who wants to move towards an HR + communications-oriented role, though we are of course looking to meet applicants who already have experience in internal communications or writing snappy content for things like job ads.

The skills and experience we're looking for are:



  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or similar discipline.

  • First-class communication and writing skills, with great interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create strategic plans, see the big picture, and have the skills and motivation to self-implement.

  • Experience of taking on projects, making them your own, and delivering engaging campaigns for a broad range of work.

  • Confidence in creating innovative plans for improving our internal communication strategy.

  • A results-oriented mindset: motivated to work towards KPIs, perform A/B testing, and monitor engagement.

  • Experience organising and managing events.

  • Demonstrated experience using platforms such as Microsoft Office, Mailchimp (/email management), Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

  • Creative design skills including use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc.

  • Ability to occasionally travel to offices around the UK, or to Head Offices overseas.
