Sales Administrator

Based in Oldbury

8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday

Temporary to Permanent


My client based in Oldbury with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive 'Sales Administrator' to join their lively and friendly team!


� Reviewing and authorising customer orders

� Checking the purchase order numbers make the customer's orders

� Crossing checking the prices across customer orders and purchase orders

� Supporting the sales team with various administration duties

� Dealing with customer queries and questions

� Liaising with the warehouse department regarding stock

� Liaising with the transport department regarding ETA on deliveries and delivery queries

� Checking delivery labels through DX

Ideal candidate

� Experience in a similar role is ideal

� Strong administration experience

� Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

� Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

� Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel & Word
