Job Summary

As the Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunity from both post appointment follow up and new business opportunity

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales opportunities post appointment by phoning prospects from internal reports

  • Develop new business opportunities from quotation request received from Customers.

  • You will be required to interrelate with Sales Managers on all sale concerns.

  • To ensure sales figures are updated daily and are communicated daily to Regional Consultants and Directors

  • To raise sales amendments, according to the company procedure, ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and efficiently

  • To screen telephone call enquires and requests and hand them appropriately when required

  • To deal with Urgent Action Report (UAR) issues when directed by Customer Service

  • Updating all relevant Departments of communication with customer

  • When required respond to customers requests for a quotation

  • When appropriate to pass customer details to sale's personnel as directed

  • To fulfil duties of Sales Coordinator when required

  • Any other duties as deemed necessary

  • The nature of this job will require flexibility and travel between sites and to different events

� To work in a safe and effective manner ensuring you do not cause harm to yourself or your work colleagues. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager any aspects of Health and Safety that may cause concern.
