Adecco have an incredible opportunity within a market leading company based in Fradley Park. This is an exciting role as an Internal Sales Coordinator to work within a small tight knit team.



The role mainly involves processing repeat business through established distributors, communicating with customers, placing orders and general queries. therefore a professional telephone manner and good communication skills are essential.


The role will include:




Duties



  • Internal sales order processing for all products

  • You will be responsible for sales order processing and customer service for established sales areas.

  • Communicate with customers, place orders, expedite deliveries, revise collections and/or shipping schedules,

  • Arranging returns / credits, notification of complaints or rejections, provide shipping and forwarding information and keep customer details updated.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.

  • Provide feedback by the monitoring and reporting on the companies UK supplier performance.

  • The applicant will work as part of an established team who has built up excellent relationships with the customer base. They will act as the first line of contact with customers on:



Experience




  • Previous experience of working within a sales administration/ sales environment

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • A motivated, proactive individual is required with the ability to build and develop strong telephone relationships.

  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work within a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to manage own time, work on own initiative, and achieve targets.

  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
