Our client is based near Central Bristol and is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator, who has the ability to provide first class customer service, to join their busy and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data onto the system

  • Order inputting

  • Building and maintaining customer/client relationships

  • Promote the company brand in a positive light

  • Strong management skills

  • Complaint handling

  • Taking inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Possibility to take external calls from other branches

Key Skills:

  • Computer confident in Microsoft Office

  • Data Entry

  • Confident and effective communicator

  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations

  • Able to remain calm under pressure

  • Keen eye for detail

Person Specification:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work within a small team

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Able to prioritise


  • Full training given

  • Pension- auto enrolment

  • 20days holiday +bank holidays - this rises with service.
