Internal Sales Support Coordinator/Administrator required for busy manufacturing company based in Ayrshire. They are looking for an ambitious candidate who is keen to learn the role and look to progress in the future. Ideally you will have some previous sales support administration experience



Responsibilities


� Liaising with other departments, specifically warehousing, logistics, planning, supply chain and commercial.


� Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.


� Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team eg new line forms, price updates


� Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries.


� Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and shipments are handled efficiently.


� Preparation of sending out samples to customers, when required.


� Monitor finished goods stocks, with respect to ensuring required service levels are met.



Hours of work are 9-5 Monday-Friday and the salary range is CIRCA £20-25000 depending on experience.
