The Opportunity
The Sales Executive will generate customer leads for our third-party partners, by contacting existing customers and selling these additional services. The role will involve:
�Contacting existing customers about the additional services we can cater for
�Owning the pipeline of leads from initial instruction through to completion
�Generating leads for third parties
�Managing the chase cycle for unanswered calls
�Reporting daily on performance
�Providing feedback and ideas on improving performance
�Taking ownership of the process
About You
The Sales Executive will be confident and articulate with a friendly tone.You will be able to plan and monitor your own workload whilst understanding when to escalate to a higher level. You will also have:
�Previous experience in B2C telephone sales and customer service
�Excellent understanding of customer service standards.
�Knowledge of the UK property industry would be an advantage
�Excellent telephone manner.
�GCSEs or equivalent
�IT literate, particularly the MS Office suite of products.Experience of Hubspot and/or Salesforce would be an advantage.
