Job Title: Internal Sales Support (Permanent Position)

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Salary: £22,000 per annum + Bonus + Holidays +Parking

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm - 37.5 hours per week


  • Building and maintaining valuable business relationships

  • Taking calls and voicemails, handling quotes.

  • Contacting customers regularly to ensure their requirements are fulfilled

  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service, advice, Expertise, stock and price enquiries

  • Outbound calling to customers for quotation updates and promotion offering

  • Ensuring all aspects of customer's accounts are maintained in good order

  • General Admin duties, keeping areas of work tidy and clean


  • No previous technical knowledge is required (but is preferred) as training will be given but prior sales experience (especially B2B) is a must

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to build strong and positive relationships with both Customers and internal staff
