� As part of the IT team provide technical support and assistance to staff at all levels and all offices within the business.

� To provide support to users in person, by telephone, by email or video conference and as directed by the Head of IT.

� To assist as directed by the Head of IT in the configuration of new hardware, and setup of new users.

� To monitor IT equipment stock and printer consumables across the offices.

� To assist in ensuring the smooth running of the network and escalation of issues to other members of the IT team.

� To conduct daily checks of critical systems & processes and escalate any issues as necessary.

� To participate in the IT Helpdesk early and late cover rota.
