Do you have previous IT project management experience? Are you available immediately with the view of being able to fully commit to a 1 year contract? Have you for experience in supervising timelines and actions for a the project implementation in coordination with a Global ACP Project team and Local Management?

If yes, then this maybe the role for you - Our prestigious global beauty retail client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their project team, to oversea the implementation if their new global IT system across the UK.

Duties of the role will include:

· Define and implement in detail the workload, the stakeholders and the accountabilities from the implementation to the full adoption: The Knowledge - The Tools - The Communication & Mind-set and the Skills to support the Project

· Manage the local Key Users (Front - Back and others)

· Manage local resources effectively: Budget - times and local staff

· Coordinate together with the local IT Manager the user acceptance test and validate functioning of version updates

· Ensure that all people of the organisation get the knowledge and the objective of the project

· Facilitate the change management across the local ACD organisation by ensuring process compliance across all departments, i.e. marketing, sales, supply, HR etc

· Adapt all local documentation and training material for the Commercial team, Back-office administration : new function, workaround …

· Conduct/coordinate ongoing training for all users. This includes on-boarding new users.

· Maintain service and support after Go-Live

· Controlling system functionality and provision of resolution for potential challenges.

· Controlling calculation, data, and all info are correctly filled.

· The solution and the usage are constantly aligned with the strategy

· Coach on the tool: How the tool support the strategy? Why the user need it now?

· Capture regularly the user knowledge, experience, usage … and react accordingly (Coaching, Evolutions, Communication …)

· Support the transformation by providing best practices

· Communicate regularly, display a positive and confidence view of the project to support the upskilling and to improve the usage

· Create some KPI's and reports to measure the adoption and insure that the direct management(s) of the final users are accountable of the usage

· Report on a regular basis to management the progress of the project and budget versus the targets that have been agreed upon.

Successful candidate will be required to have:

· IT Project manager experience within ideally within the retail beauty industry

· Good understanding of overall local ACD business operations

· Expert knowledge of business processes

· Strong network in the local business organisation

· Preferably some Digital/IT affinity

· Good English skills

· Opinion leader and game changer

This is a PAYE 12 month contract working through Adecco, for a 12 month contract starting in January

Working pattern will be 3 days working onsite, based in Hammersmith London and 2 days remote working per week.
