Our fantastic client based in Uxbridge are looking for an IT Service Specialist to join their team in a dynamic and fast paced environment to provide 1st and 2nd line support.

You will be dealing with support incidents involving desktops, laptops, mobile phone devices, telephone systems adn various application software as well as network connectivity and related cloud issues as well as the set up and configuration of new hardware and software.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering support and assistants to clients in a proactive and structured way

  • Liaise internally with other team members and managers to ensure that customer expectations are met

  • Configure, deploy and support laptops, printers and phones

  • Setting installation sequences and back up tasks

  • Troubleshooting and management of incidents and user's requests

  • Set up of new user accounts

  • IT equipment relocation

  • Testing of hardware and software

  • Support user and visitors during meetings as required

You will ideally have the following:

  • Formal qualifications and relevant experience

  • MTA (Microsoft Technology Associate)

  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)

  • ITIL

  • Windows 10 (essential)

  • Active Directory

  • Office365 online

  • Windows server

  • Network switches

  • Routers and firewalls

  • Alcatel systems
