The IT Site Support Technician II will be responsible, through direct interaction with end users and management, for providing effective and efficient on-site and remote support to end users and management on a variety of technical support issues, including the set up and maintenance of mobile devices, computing equipment, printers, faxes, scanners & other peripherals. The role holder is required to perform routine maintenance functions such as hardware & software inventory management. Working with the Global Service Desk and related support functions, the role holder will ensure the provision of a consistently high quality service to customers and stakeholders. Periodic travel may be required to support additional locations, and if so, the role holder must be capable of travelling without restriction.


  • Provide first line and second line technical support to on-site an remote users.

  • Set up work spaces and hardware to accommodate new starts and visitors to the studio.

  • Build, diagnose and repair issues with desktop hardware.

  • Perform user and account administration in systems.

  • Maintain and populate the asset inventory, processing new hardware as received.

  • Document and maintain internal IT procedures.

  • Upgrade and replace hardware throughout the site.

  • Maintain a high-level of operational efficiency through pragmatic application of your technical skills and knowledge.

  • Perform general housekeeping of IT equipment and areas, adhering to security and disposal policies.

  • Support the rest of the IT department in higher-level project and engineering tasks, as necessary.


  • Ideally hold a Batchelors degree in Information Technology or similar

  • Significant experience working in providing end-user technical support

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

  • High level of personal intuition - the ability to research and solve problems independently.

  • Experience in supporting desktop applications in LAN environment

  • Installation and support of wide range of peripherals

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies:

    • Active Directory user function (ADS & Exchange)

    • Windows XP, 7 and 10

    • Knowledge of anti-virus and anti-malware programmes

    • Building/maintaining computers

    • Wiring/Cabling

    • Network technologies
