IT Support Engineer


Are you looking for an exciting challenge with a growing organisation? Do you have experience of networking along with knowledge of Apple, MacOS and Windows? Are you tech savvy with the ability to work alone?


Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be supporting a successful and growing organisation based in South Bristol, with the recruitment of an It Support Engineer. You will have responsibility of supporting the day to day running of the tech team, head office and warehouses. Along with this you will be the go to person for any technical support, desktop troubleshooting and any system set ups.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior IT engineer to step up and to gain exposure in a fast growing start up business. You will have training and on going support along the way.



Responsibilities



  • Respond to IT problems

  • Maintain workstations and laptops

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues

  • Provide internal support for onboarding new staff

  • Software implementation, licencing, asset tracking and updates

  • Set up and manage the hardware

  • Manage users/groups, permissions, file sharing and network security
