We are looking to recruit Job Finding Advisors to work on a new project, assisting the recently unemployed to up-skill both themselves and their CVs and offer guidance and information, in order to get them back into the workplace.

The Job Search Adviser role delivers a professional and high-quality customer service to members of the public who are currently claiming benefits.

£9.47 per hour - Work from home
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

This is a work from home opportunity - Glasgow.

You will need live within 30 miles of Glasgow city centre to apply for this role.

This role is to manage inbound and outbound contacts across multiple contact channels (telephone, email, webchat) to identify and record the support needs the caller needs to order to continue their search for work. You will need to follow established scripts, procedures, processes, legislation and systems to assist the candidates in any
