WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



Working with a team of 30 experienced professionals, you need to be an excellent team player who can multitask. You should be passionate about delivering great service. No two days are the same in this busy environment.



THE ROLE:



  • Booking and carrying out property visits by contractors

  • Ensuring that safety inspections are carried out in line with current legislation

  • Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues, coordinating engineers

  • Engage and oversee contractors and authorise repairs

  • Coordinate quotes for repairs and maintenance, including invoicing approving costs, and preparing estimates

  • Reporting on client service performance data, turnaround times, margins

  • Following correct procedures to simplify daily tasks within the team

  • Highlighting any training requirements or issues to the line manager

  • Recording and communicate any issues with contractors to quality assurance supervisor


The ideal candidate will be positive, friendly and comfortable working in a busy environment Whilst no previous experience is necessary you must have common sense, good typing skills, and can think quickly. You should be happy and accurate with good attention to detail. You will also have excellent administrative skills, be organised and able to work.
