Daily operations once fully trained:



  • Assist with selling co-edition and translation rights to existing accounts, primarily in Eastern Europe.

  • Researching accounts and assisting with pitches for any potential new business opportunities.

  • Provide admin support and cover for international sales managers.

  • Assisting with preparing presentations and follow-up from meetings with accounts.

  • Managing schedules and organising meetings.

  • Maintaining an up-to-date customer database.

  • Liaising with internal departments (production, finance).

  • Attend book-fairs if business requires.

  • Ad hoc tasks supporting Foreign Rights team



Experience:



  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with ability to use initiative.

  • Proven organisational, and time management skills.

  • Quick-thinking, responsive, and keen to learn

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • A professional attitude towards business practise.

  • Determined, positive and a team player
