Junior Sous Chef Needed - 39 hours per Week

Starting salary - £24,000 per annum

Generous benefits package including £900 per year in tips (full time equivalent), free meals on duty, uniform provided and use of facilities on site.

Hours of work:

39 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 6.30 am and 10.00 pm.

As a Junior Sous Chef you will produce the highest standards of cuisine ensuring ongoing quality control of all areas of food production, setting and maintaining standards through personal example.

The ideal candidate will have:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in food preparation or professional cookery.
