Our nationwide client is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to add to Ipswich team. The successful candidate will have previous Management experience, ideally within the Leisure industry and have the skills and experience to bring the best out of its team.



What are we looking for?


We're looking for enthusiastic people to join our Kitchen team. You will ensure our food is prepared and served as quickly as possible and to the high company standards whilst following the current Food Hygiene Regulations Legislation.


You will be part of the team that ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly to create the best customer experience.


The ideal candidate will have experience of high volume, leisure, hospitality or catering and be focused on meeting the needs of the customer whilst being a team player.


You will have previous kitchen experience.


* * A proven track record with a hands-on approach


* * Good interpersonal and communication skills essential to enable effective relationships with colleagues


* * Ability to create a fun and friendly environment for everyone.


* * Desire for developing, coaching, supporting, and rewarding teams.


* * Have the ability to cook to order

* * Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2


* * Kitchen Experience


* * Ability to complete online training courses for your role.



Be able to complete daily and weekly department paperwork checks which would include:


* * Kitchen open and close check sheets.


* * Hot & Cold Temperature monitoring checks.


* * Probe thermometer calibration.


* * Equipment cleaning check sheets.


* * Hot food checks.


* * Cleaning and sanitation check sheets.


* * Delivery Temperature sheets.
