Labour Resource Administrator

Location: Kirkcaldy

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Depending of experience

Job purpose:

One of our independent clients who are a supply chain provider are recruiting for a Labour Resource Administrator. Due to continued growth and investment in extending our capability and service offering this vacancy has become available. The Labour Resource Administrator will effectively control our time and attendance system, all related duties and be responsible for the co-ordination for all flexible and agency labour resource requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of companywide time & attendance system/fob control

  • Work closely with production, HR and finance teams ensuring the effective management of resources and resource data

  • Administration of employee new start & leavers in time & attendance & payroll systems

  • Operator holiday allocation/approval control

  • Initial point of contact for employee hours related issues

  • Arranging & coordinating daily flexible resource requirements in line with demand

  • Arrangement of offsite labour and administration requirements

  • Updating time and attendance system for daily shift change/over time rotas

  • Administration of agency production operator hours

  • Daily labour hours exceptions reporting and clearance

  • Provide reports and analysis as required by the management team


  • Strong administration and organisational skills with particular attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience in a similar position is preferred

  • Knowledge/experience of time and attendance systems. Mitrefinch experience would be advantageous
