We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Kidderminster who are looking for a Laser Operator to join their team

� Minimum 2 years' experience operating Amada Laser and Tower system (Other machines will be considered).

� Ability to operate the laser and adjust various programmes across a range of material thickness and types when required.

� Ability to operate the tower system and create various schedules for the materials required.

� Follow all company and departmental safety rules including proper use of personal protective equipment.

� Perform any other duties which may be assigned by supervisor/team leader.

� Knowledge and ability to perform all required quality checks to assure products conform to company standards, may include verifying quality/ location of holes.

� Perform all duties with safe working procedures and practice good housekeeping to ensure safety of him/herself and others.

� Maintains 5's standards of housekeeping in work area.

� Maintain a good working ethic and standard of behaviour.

� Meets production requirements.

Working hours will be 6.00am to 2.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6.00am to 12.00 midday on Friday.

Hourly rate of pay £10.00 to £11.50 dependent on experience.
