We are recruiting for an L&D Trainer for a reputable and established recruitment organisation, with 36 locations Worldwide, and specialising across technical, technological, IT and executive search recruitment services. This business has supported many of the world's leading organisations in recruiting and managing the candidate process which in turn has fostered success in a competitive and technologically driven world.

This is an exciting role which will incorporate elements of training delivery, management training, course creation and contributing towards the organisation's learning management training platform. You will be responsible for delivering both physical and remote training and will be required to work across their UK offices, predominantly across their flagship offices in London, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will be able to evidence similar prior experience, as well as success in previous course attendance, and will consistently demonstrate positivity, objectiveness, and professionalism. You will have carried out similar responsibilities previously within either recruitment or sales. This is a standalone role at present which has scope to build into a much bigger opportunity.

The role:

  • Delivering physical and virtual training from consultant level through to senior management

  • Designing and delivering training courses and course content

  • Delivering all areas of training across technical recruitment

  • Contributing to training within consultants' career pathways, from entry level through to management consultancy

  • Ability to show creativity and adaptability, and demonstrate innovative ways to deliver training

  • Ability to adapt training material and confident in pitching effectively to relevant experience level


  • Basic salary up to £45,000 p/a

  • Mileage allowance of 0.45p per mile
