Job Purpose









To provide an effective administration service and support within the relevant Service/ Area.





Key accountabilities:


































































1.



Provide administrative support for meetings & events such as scheduling and co-ordinating appointments, booking/confirming appointments and supporting any events delivered on site.



2.



To process referrals and input accurate and timely data on to a variety of Management Information Systems used to monitor and manage the service.



3.



Maintain and manage the databases and collate service reports/ statistical analysis that contribute towards performance reports.



4.



To produce reports when requested and support the preparation of monitoring reports, financial and performance for the service. 



5.



Manage and respond to in-bound queries from a range of internal and external sources.



6.



Support management/ colleagues with data collation and checking, research, and the preparation and supply of information, as required.



7.



To greet visitors promptly and courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff member.



8.



Undertake progress tracking of clients via a variety of communication methods.



9.



Assist the Service/Area in the coordination and development of short term/ specific projects.



10.



Support key tasks and priorities and the design/ implementation of systems and procedures across the Service and within the team in order to meet business objectives and operational needs.



11.



To administer financial control systems in relation to client expenses / petty-cash (where relevant).



12.



Undertake continuing professional development including participating in supervision, performance appraisals and attending training as/when required.



13.



Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies & procedures and guidelines - both internal and external.



14.



Keep abreast of policy and professional development within your area of professional expertise.



15.
