I am currently recruiting for a Appointment booker position working for our client who is a leading global provider of fleet management, driver safety and vehicle tracking services and solutions. They are currently on the search for a lead generator to assist the sales team with booking appointments for them to attend. This client of ours currently boasts the best staff turnover I have seen, this shows how great they are to their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using targeted segment data provided to you, follow a specialised lead sequence, including qualification and connection with prospects via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted messaging and telephone calls in order to identify sales opportunities that match MiX qualification criteria and book appointments for the UK Passenger Transport sales team to successfully close those sales opportunities

  • Understand and meet monthly targets

  • Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Passenger Transport sales team

  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the CRM system

  • Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve lead gen objectives

  • Attend monthly marketing & sales meetings to update information and discuss any issues

  • Liaise effectively with all departments within MiX to ensure company processes are followed

  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Industry experience preferable (Telematics plus Passenger Transport is ideal)

  • Results orientated, resourceful, enthusiastic and diligent

  • Understanding of marketing activities

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is essential

  • Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • A target-focused self-starter

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent influencing skills

  • Ability to take personal responsibility for own performance

  • Possess sound judgement

  • Team-working ability

  • Competent user of MS Office applications

  • Fluent in English

  • Additional European language would be an advantage

Hours of work 37 - 8.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 4.15pm on Friday.

Holiday - 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays
