Lead Generation Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities:
- Qualifying sales leads from Marketing driven campaigns (no cold-calling leads)
- Lead generation management, handling sales leads that arrive into the business
- Using the Salesforce CRM system to record, monitor and report leads
- Ability to emphasise company and product values following training
- Regular interaction sales team and customer base
- Attend and participate in weekly assigned team meetings
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing / Sales / and other campaign team members
About you:
- Experience in telesales or customer service
- Resilient, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Strong and confident IT skills
- Experience of working with targets
- Ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of projects from inception to completion
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to create a sense of urgency with prospects
- Familiar with CRM system for managing leads
- Experience of building positive relationships with customers
