L&D Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Learning & Development team of Dorset Police, in a hybrid role (combining working from Ferndown station and working from home) on a temporary contract until the end of November. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the police force.


  • Administering the training and development for police staff across the Force

  • Booking rooms, venues, trainers for training to take place

  • Co-ordinating the trainees attendance

  • Maintaining employee training records


  • Previous administration experience preferred

  • Good organisational skills

  • Confident user of MS Office
