Our client in Chelmsford are looking for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator with experience within the Education sector.

Working with the Head of Education to coordinate Education programmes for internal staff and External clients duties will include;

  • maintaining accurate records of courses supplied, attendance and follow up actions

  • provision of quantitative and qualitative analysis of education programmes

  • liaising with external clients in the provision of the education programmes

As a Learing and Development Co-ordinator you will be working with the Corporate Service Director to set up and manage the organisational wide learning management system to record all staff training programmes and records in relation to;

    • mandatory training

    • Personal Development Plans

    • Competency framework assessments

Other duties to include but not be limited to;

  • coordinating the monthly Learning and Development Panel (LDP) to agree learning requests from individual staff members

  • provision of quantitative and qualitative analysis of L&D activities

  • to provide administrative support on the development of an internal Leadership and Management development programme

  • support the creation of training programmes on line and classroom sessions

You must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills, be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills.

You must be able to work under pressure to tight time lines, and be able to offer a flexible approach to changing priorities.

Experience of delivery of training programmes it critical.

37.5 HOURS a week, Monday - Friday. Parking available on site. Start date September. This is a 3 month temporary assignment with the possibility of a contract for the successful candidate.
