Adecco Cardiff are currently recruiting for Legal Assistants with Conveyancing experience. These are roles spread throughout the South Wales area.

Conveyancing or Property experience is essential for these roles.

Duties and reponsiblities will include :

  • Carry out volume conveyancing work for banks and other financial institutions

  • Day to day transactional work

  • Dealing with own caseload

  • Assisting with disposals and acquisitions

  • Updating client reports, responding to client deeds queries

  • Preparing title and lease reports

  • Preparing title packs and replies to commercial property

  • Conducting legal research and facts investigation

  • Reviewing and drafting court documents, invoices and reports

  • Interpreting and relaying legal information to clients

  • Conducting client meetings and corresponding daily with clients and opposing solicitors

    • Dealing with the purchase of properties

    • Dealing with transactions such as sales by corporate entities and custom build properties

    • Responsible for the provision of services to one of the departments highest paying clients

    • Dealing with the sale of freehold and leasehold properties

    • Dealing with third parties such as local authorities and property management companies

    • Acting for a large number of clients in their provision of life-time and home reversion mortgages
