Salary : 22 -24k per annum

Location: Liverpool

Responsibilities to include:

  • Provide administrative support to fee earners as directed to ensure effective and efficient administration.

  • Handling post.

  • Ensure filing system is kept tidy and in accordance with company

  • Management and maintenance of files from opening to archiving.

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and take relevant messages or deal with enquiries where possible from clients.

  • Conduct legal research where required.

  • Ensure financial aspects of matters including time recording, billing and debtor management are managed, to support fee earners in the achievement of their personal fee budget.

About candidate:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and relevant practice and business IT systems: Aderant

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's or relevant work experience

  • A willingness to learn and must be a quick learner

  • Excellent communication skills & time

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and cope with deadlines.
