Reporting to the Senior Legal Advisor, the Legal Assistant is part of a team responsible for recovering a targeted proportion of outlay on Personal Injury/illness claims from external group suppliers, as well as handling and resolving all related queries in conjunction with the insurance companies around the world.


The candidate will assist with matters arising out of any ongoing PI/Illness claims, and provide general support to the Legal team on a wide variety of legal issues including data protection, commercial disputes, and commercial contracts (subject to experience).


The successful candidate will work closely with the Legal, Purchasing and Finance Teams, acting as a single point of contact to secure support from suppliers in defending claims, assisting with all queries and notification issues as required, and engaging in ongoing conversations to secure recoveries from suppliers throughout the life of a claim whilst managing the end to end recoveries process.
