We are looking for a bright and highly motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team on our passionate journey to reinvent the future of co-living.



ROLE


The Legal Administrative Assistant will directly support the Head of Legal regarding its duties, including the following:



  • Filing and archiving documents received for acquired assets, electronically and in filing cabinets

  • Recording document collection in the relevant files and tracking/chasing those still outstanding

  • Creating meeting agendas and taking minutes

  • Following up on action points and to-do lists, ensuring deadlines and deliverable are met

  • Performing legal research (e.g. Land Registry forms and portal, obtaining searches, …)

  • Drafting documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Maintenance of case files, including all relevant documentation, correspondence and comments



DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



  • Previous experience working within a legal environment

  • Experience in commercial and residential property transactions

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

  • Ability to manage administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
