Our client is a well-established law firm, offering specialist and high quality legal advice. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join their Private Client Team. They are looking for someone who is a real team player, with a positive attitude to achieving their company's goals and continued success.



Key duties for this role include;



  • Providing secretarial support

  • Liaising with clients

  • Dealing with client queries

  • Diary management and booking appointments

  • General administration and legal support

  • Producing and updating documents

  • Maintaining accurate filing and keeping records up to date.




You will need to have excellent communication skills as well as being very focused and organised with your approach to work.


The ideal candidate with have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and a fast accurate typing speed.


Experience working within a Will and Probate Team would be advantageous.
