We are actively looking for Lettings administrator - key worker accommodation. Starting immediately. Based near White City. Position will be for 4- 8 weeks. Pay £16.63per hour

In this role you will be responsible for the support of the Key Worker Lettings portfolio and work closely with perspective applicants, current and past tenants.


  • Assess Applicants according to the Key worker eligibility criteria

  • Register applicants and book viewings

  • Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated

  • Deal with tenants queries verbally and in written form.

  • Reference tenants and deal with the move in process

  • Preparing tenancy documentation. Draw tenancy agreements

  • Arrange tenancy extension agreements

  • Liaise end of tenancy deposit release with tenant and deposit provider

  • Send tenants advance rent and deposit invoices

  • Ensure that tenancy deposit and rent have been received promptly and allocated against the tenancy record

  • Protect deposits with the deposit provider

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year lettings administration experience in a BTR development or multi-property estate agency.

  • Proactive with excellent time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
