The ideal candidate for this role will be a well-rounded, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated experience in dealing with residential lettings and sales. This role is ideal for an established present/past Lettings Sales Negotiator who would now prefer an office-based role (no field travel involved) without the travel or conducting viewings. Having placed a candidate with this company this year, this client offers a relaxed and flexible working environment for the right candidate. A friendly, confident and outgoing personality is crucial with a keen eye for detail.
